Visual Mind is a useful tool that allows you to create mind maps that help you visualize your thoughts and ideas more clearly. It includes a series of templates like empty maps, business plans, calendars, contact information, to name but a few, and the only thing you have to do is add your own information. There are various map styles to choose from, and you can add background color and logo, password protect your map, check spelling, share maps with several users using the Visual Mind server or not, among many other things.
The program also allows you to insert symbols, pictures, email addresses, reminders, task info, and even Word, Excell, Powerpoint, and Text document templates in a snap. Once you are done creating the map, you can view it in full screen with a built-in viewer, save it, or print it.
What is more, the program features a clean and very easy-to-use user interface similar to that of Office 2007, that can be used by anyone.
